Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> • Handle accounts payable (AP) transactions, including recording vendor invoices and payment entries in the accounting system (Accpac). • Prepare and reconcile VAT input tax reports and other tax-related documentation. • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records and supporting documents. • Assist in tax compliance activities, including VAT, withholding tax, and other statutory requirements. • Coordinate with external auditors and the Revenue Department regarding accounting and tax matters. • Maintain and organize accounting documents in compliance with legal and company requirements. • Support month-end and year-end closing activities as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Accounting - At least 5–7 years of relevant work experience. (TAX, AP, Audit coordinator) - Conversational middle in English - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, - Knowledge of accounting principles (Double-Entry Accounting / หลักการบัญชีคู่), financial reporting standards, and relevant tax/accounting regulations. - Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, professional ethics, and high integrity. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Using Accpac programme - Holders of a Tax Auditor (TA) license
