Talent Acquisition Specialist - Supervisor level (25K–30K) (SDG-114962) <Job responsibilities> - Handle the end-to-end recruitment process involves building and maintaining relationships with business units to understand their hiring needs and align with business demands. - Sourcing, and screening of candidates through various channels, such as job advertising, networks, recruitment agencies, and job fairs to ensure the selection of qualified candidates are field as a minimum requirement in a timely manner. - Utilize creative opportunities to raise company branding in the marketplace. - Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires. - Ad hoc assignment as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Female , age 25 - 30 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Political Sciences, Industrial Psychology, or any related field. - Over 3 years of direct experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related fields in corporate. - Conversational high level in English (Use for E-mail and Documents and internal communication and communication with Japanese management) - Computer literacy in Microsoft office Especially Excel (Pivot, Vlookup) <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Having knowledge in Labor laws would be an advantage. - Ability to use creative programs (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) would be an advantage. - Good communication, interpersonal, positive thinking, and a growth mindset. Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: MRT Silom Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday -Friday(after 1 year of service, Hybrid working operation shall apply.))
