Duties & Responsibilities: • Conduct Workforce Planning to profile the forecast manpower demand, supply, capabilities, and budgeting. Design Organization Charts and compose Job Description. • Undertake recruitment process to fulfill staffing needs - through talent acquisition methods and initiatives to attract, scouting, talent scanning, applicant tracking, screening, selection and hiring, up to probation handling • In charge of internal staff movement (transfer, rotation) and internal posting • Responsible for internship program Lead employer branding, pride and image through Talent Acquisition process including DEI Initiate, carry out motivational employee activities such as Best Employee Awards, Innovation Award, Teambuilding and Staff outing • Engage in Employee Communications such as Staff Meetings and Work Rules. Handle employee disciplinary actions and disputes. Counselling in case of grievances • Represent the Company at employee life events • Oversee Amata Group’s PDPA
Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 35-40 years • Any gender • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial & Organization Psychology, Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences • At least of 5 years' proven experience in Talent Acquisition • Able to lead and conduct structured interviews from junior to senior levels. Able to initiate and introduce Selection Instruments • Excellent planning, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Good decision-making skills and the ability to operate flexibly in a fast-paced environment. Resilient. Growth mindset and Proactive. Able to deliver results in a time-tight setting • Good knowledge of Labor-related laws and practices • Conversational high to business of English (TOEIC Score at least 750 is a must) *Interview in English, there are Japanese people in the company • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • CDDs from Recruitment Agencies, and Corporate Communications is preferable. • Familiar with social media as recruitment AI tools is preferable.
