Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> Overall Job Function : Business Analyst (BA) , Project Coordinator / Project Manager, Product / Solution Consultant 1. System Planning & Product Understanding, Learn and understand company products including: - Closed-loop prepaid system - Membership & loyalty platforms - CRM systems - E-gift and digital voucher systems - Support system design and implementation planning for new projects - Provide technical feedback to improve products and services 2. Project Coordination & Client Support - Join client meetings, system demonstrations, and training sessions together with the Sales/BD Team - Gather technical requirements and coordinate with internal IT/Development teams - Ensure project timelines are met, and deliverables align with agreed scope - Support migration projects and system enhancements 3. System Testing & Quality Control - Conduct system testing (UAT support) before and after implementation - Identify issues and coordinate solutions with developers - Prepare procedural documentation, reports, and system manuals 4. Technical & Operational Support - Support minor technical issues related to company systems - Monitor system performance and propose improvement initiatives - Assist in infrastructure or feature rollout coordination 5. Market & Product Development Support - Monitor competitor activities (pricing, product features, new releases) - Proactively suggest new technology or improvements (Web App, integrations, automation) - Communicate with clients and partners together with the Sales and Business Development teams to understand their business needs and recommend appropriate solutions that meet their requirements while driving company revenue growth.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor in Information Technology, Computer business, Electrical Engineering,Telecommunication Engineering, Engineering,Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance fields - At least 2 years System Planning, System Engineer, Project Engineer, Pre-sales, Sales Engineer, from IT software or Finance related products (POS,fintech, digital payment, CRM, and system innovation) - Conversational High in English (to use with both internal and external) <Personality> - Active with can do attitude, good communication, out going person - Someone who can bridge Business & Technology - Able to understand system logic, but also communicate clearly with clients - Detail-oriented and structured in documentation <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Experience in System Testing & Quality Control (UAT Support) - IT knowledge - Holding TOEIC score - Early join candidate
