Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Work in the role of Business & System Analyst to support organizational system development - Analyze, plan, and design approaches for Core System development in collaboration with internal teams and vendors - Monitor and coordinate Core System development according to plans and business requirements - Gather, analyze, and summarize user requirements (Requirements) from both Thai and Japanese users - Prepare and update Requirement Definition documentation for communication with development teams - Coordinate with vendors in Japan to track progress and manage work delivery - Plan and conduct system testing (UAT) with users to ensure the system meets business requirements - Prepare system user manuals, support system delivery, and train users - Participate in system development and improvement, including work processes, to enhance efficiency and support business growth
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Fresh graduates with a strong interest in system development are welcome. - Conversational High level in Japanese (N1 is must) and can be a good communicator with Japanese - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace - Interest in IT fields, with a willingness to learn new things and be patient <Personality> - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to clearly communicate business requirements to both end users and development teams. - Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a team, with a strong willingness to learn and continuously develop <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Background in System Planning or IT
