<Job Responsibilities> - Work on assigned projects collaboratively with the team. - Plan and develop the organization’s core systems. - Coordinate with Japanese vendors to manage system development and project timelines. - Gather and analyze requirements from Thai and Japanese users. - Prepare and update requirement definitions to communicate effectively with development teams. - Improve systems and work processes to align with business needs. - Plan and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with users. - Prepare user manuals, deliver systems, and conduct user training
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 1 year IT / Business Analyst / Project Coordinator - Basic knowledge of system development life cycle (SDLC) and IT project workflows. - Business level in Japanese (write and communicating), JLPT N 1 - Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external vendors. - Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changes in business requirements. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to accurately communicate information to users and development teams. <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Experience in requirement analysis, documentation, or system planning is an advantage. -Candidates with working experience in Japan will be given special consideration. <Personality> - Positive attitude toward teamwork and openness to learning from real work experience and senior professionals. - Good organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
