Work outline: Responsible for taking care of clients: analyze and solve problem
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Gather clients’ information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms.
Ø Provide and process information in response to inquiries.
Ø Work closely with internal staffs
Ø Any other tasks which assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male or Female, Age 23-30
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or other related fields
Ø Exp. 1-3 years in IT/Database/Application Software programing
Ø Good communication in English
Ø Strong knowledge in JAVA and PHP.
Ø Strong knowledge in Database development: MS or My SQL , Oracle
Prefer:
Ø Experience in helpdesk service would be a plus.
Ø Working under pressure (limited time)
Ø Willing to learn new things (new products, software)
Ø Initiative, strong problem solving and analytical skill.
Ø Team work and Good coordination

English: Advanced Conversation Level

Working Hour: 8:00 – 17.00 (Mon.-Fri.)

Salary: 25,000 – 28,000 THB negotiable
