Job Description

System Engineer (Software) (19K-40K) (SDG-27322)
<Job Responsibilities>
	Handle on technical support for the assigned software
	Manage and operate the implementation project to customer
	Provide customer support for new installation of software/hardware and troubleshooting
	Create and maintain the customer support document
	Provide technical support to Sakes staff

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
	Thai nationality, Male/Female, age  25 - 35 years old
	Bachelor's degree
	Experience 3-5 years                            
	Experience in System Support / IS Support / IT Project Management                 
	Technical Sales or pPre-Sales experience would be advantage 
	Knowledge of IT technology (hardware/software, server, storage, network, and database, etc.)  
	Knowledge of software development and programming (VBA would be advantage)
	Good command of spoken and written English                        
	Proactive thinking with a "can do" attitude   
	Strong problem solving. Service mind, and able to under pressure   
	Good interpersonal skill and be able to coordinate with other teams and clients                         
	Strong abilities to analyze and prioritize issues for problem resolution  
	Software knowledge (solid work,catia, autocap)
