Work Outline: Support IT Infrastructure and network system
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide Computer Hardware, Computer Software and Network system is cover LAN, WAN and company Global Network
Maintain Computer Hardware & Software, Network and user problem support
Manage and control data security policy
Train local users on the utilization of Hardware and Software (i.e. Microsoft Product)
Trouble shooting
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, male or female, age 28-35 years
Bachelor or Master Degree in IT, IT Engineer or related field
At least 3-5 working experience in IT Support or related fields
Knowledge in Computer Hardware personal computer, Server Computer and computer Network LAN, WAN
Knowledge in Computer software such Windows 7-10, Windows Server, MS-Office, Anti-Virus tool, Internet, e-mail and data security software
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: MRT Silom
Working Hour: Monday – Friday 8.30 – 17.30
