Duties & Responsibility
Managing the schedule to visit supplier, progressing plan, monthly sales target)
Designing and implementing network and system follow sale proposal.
Supporting and solving troubleshoot problem from client (software and hardware)
Must have service mind to take care customer and related person.
Advising and helping team member to solve problems.
Carrying out other reasonable tasks required by the Line Manager
Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female/Male, Age 25 - 35 years old.
Master/Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecom Engineering or other related fields
Experience 2 - 3 years in IT, engineering field
Experience and good knowledge in configuration and administration of Cisco product (switch, router and security product)
Ability to design and recommend solution to sale and customer
Strong knowledge of security product, antivirus, network security and understanding of vulnerabilities
Abilities to work under pressure, work hard
[Prefer]
Knowledge of CCNA, CCNP, RHCE, and MSP will be advantage
Good knowledge in computer network technology LAN, WAN, Security. Strong to implement server platform both windows and Linux (Mail server, Domain controller, DNS, Proxy, WSUS, etc.)
Languages skills:
English: Business Level
Workplace: Wireless Road
Working Hour:Mon-Fri (8:30-17:30)
