Duties & Responsibilities:
Be able to design and screen of system and structure drawings for accuracy before work implement and/or concerning all aspects of the schedule and construction sequence, coordination and quality expectations
Design and control of the project of electrical system , mechanical system, plumbing system for industrial plant and building, Warehouse and Cold storage and Supermarket
To liaise with other companies involved in the project for estimation process and do the quotation purpose to superior
Understanding and can clarify the drawing also ability to co-ordinate, control and monitor all Sub-contractors' activities on site.
Other job as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male only, Age 27-35 years old.
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical engineering
Having 3-5 years of experience in civil / structural construction
Computer skill in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Auto CAD
Good Communication and coordination skill
Pro-active and eager to learn a new knowledge for improve work ability
Preferable Skill/ Experience
Have experience in construction business would be an advantage
Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Ratchadamri
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17.00 (Monday to Friday)
