Duties & Responsibility:
Customizing IP office platform,
Developing CRM system, including installing Call-Center CRM System (Tele-sales Application)
Customizing CTI system and also responsible for any system development and implementation
Implementing E-commerce related application and software tools
Other task as assigned by
Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
Male or Female, 22 – 30 years old
Thai Nationality Only
Bachelor’s degree or Master degree in computer science, IT, or other related field
Programming Language: ASP, Dot NET, JAVA
Data base: SQL Server, MY SQL
At least 1 -3 years in IT function (infrastructure)
Good command in English
[Prefer]
Experienced in call-center business
Languages skills:
English: Advance Conversational Level
Workplace Area:Asoke / Bangkok (BTS Asoke)
Working Hour:Mon - Fri (8.45 – 17.45)
