System Analyst (JP Speaking N2-N1)
(50K – 120K) (SDG-55670)
นักวิเคราะห์ระบบบ (สื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่น N2-N1)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Planning task & schedule by WBS (Work Breakdown Structure).
• Issue management for system bug etc.
• Check & control the result of member's tasks.
• Coding skill in Java or .Net.
• Design software program specification & Documentation.
• Design test case for software program & Documentation.
• Requirement definition, fit & gap analysis.
• Software documentation thus System workflow, Use case, ER-Diagram, Data dictionary, Basic and Program specification.
• Coordinate projects for a smooth operation/ service/ customer satisfaction.
• Working closely with programmers and software developers to build the system.
• Overseeing installation and testing correcting problems before the final version is released.
• Providing staff training and instruction manuals for the new or upgraded system.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 28-45 years
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Have JLPT N2-N1
• Be able to read / write and speak business conversation in Japanese.
• Advance conversational middle-high level in English for internal and external contact ( TOEIC score more that 700 )
• Working experience in system development 5-15 years.
• At least 1 year management experience (Have subordinate )
• Experience in IT Project of Manufacturing (Production) or SCM (Logistics) as a PM or Application Leader or SA.
• Experience in System Integration (Application) Business.
• Have experience in vendor side support around 10 clients
• Knowledge about Web application development.
• Knowledge about SQL and Database (SQL Server , Oracle etc.).
• Knowledge about Software engineering(Spiral model, Agile model etc.).
• Knowledge about Software quality check & control management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Prefer to have oversea business experience.
Languages skills
• English : Conversational
• Japanese : Business Level
Workplace Area: WHA Eastern Industrial Estate (Map Ta Phut)
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri )

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
-วางแผนงานและกำหนดเวลาโดย WBS (โครงสร้างการแบ่งงาน)
-จัดการปัญหาข้อบกพร่องของระบบเป็นต้น
-ตรวจสอบและควบคุมผลลัพธ์ของงานของสมาชิก
-ทักษะการเข้ารหัสใน Java หรือ. Net
-ออกแบบข้อกำหนดโปรแกรมซอฟต์แวร์และเอกสารประกอบ
-ออกแบบกรณีทดสอบสำหรับโปรแกรมซอฟต์แวร์และเอกสารประกอบ
-นิยามความต้องการการวิเคราะห์ความพอดีและช่องว่าง
-เอกสารซอฟต์แวร์ดังนั้นเวิร์กโฟลว์ของระบบกรณีการใช้งาน ER-Diagram พจนานุกรมข้อมูลข้อกำหนดพื้นฐานและโปรแกรม
-ประสานงานโครงการเพื่อการดำเนินงานที่ราบรื่น / บริการ / ความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า
-ทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับโปรแกรมเมอร์และนักพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์เพื่อสร้างระบบ
-ดูแลการติดตั้งและทดสอบการแก้ไขปัญหาก่อนออกเวอร์ชันสุดท้าย
-จัดให้มีการฝึกอบรมพนักงานและคู่มือการใช้งานสำหรับระบบใหม่หรือระบบที่อัปเกรด
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
-อายุ 28-45 ปี
-ปริญญาตรี
-มี JLPT N2-N1
-สามารถอ่าน / เขียนและสนทนาธุรกิจเป็นภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้
-ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนาสำหรับการติดต่อภายในและภายนอก (คะแนน TOEIC มากกว่า 700)
-ประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านการพัฒนาระบบ 5-15 ปี
-มีประสบการณ์บริหารอย่างน้อย 1 ปี (มีผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา)
-มีประสบการณ์ด้าน IT Project of Manufacturing (การผลิต) หรือ SCM (Logistics) ในตำแหน่ง PM หรือ Application Leader หรือ SA
-มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจ System Integration (Application)
-มีประสบการณ์ด้านการสนับสนุนลูกค้าประมาณ 10 ราย
-ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาโปรแกรมประยุกต์บนเว็บ
-ความรู้เกี่ยวกับ SQL และฐานข้อมูล (SQL Server, Oracle เป็นต้น)
-ความรู้เกี่ยวกับวิศวกรรมซอฟต์แวร์ (Spiral model, Agile model ฯลฯ )
-ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการตรวจสอบและควบคุมคุณภาพซอฟต์แวร์
-ทักษะการวิเคราะห์และการแก้ปัญหาที่แข็งแกร่ง
-มีประสบการณ์ด้านธุรกิจในต่างประเทศจะดีมาก
