Job Description
To carry out welcome calling to newly recruited financial supporters to ensure that data captured by recruitment agencies is accurate, to solicit additional data from newly recruited supports (through telephone questionnaires), to welcome new supporters to WAP
To carry out upgrade and reactivation telephone campaigns against agreed KPI
To carry out ad hoc telephone marketing campaigns on behalf of the fundraising and campaigns teams
To be the point of contact for in bound supporter queries and to manage/answer those queries to the satisfaction of supports
To provide managements report to internal stakeholders, including but not limited to fundraising, finance and senior management
Working closely with the communications and fundraising teams to monitor social media and manage social media responses
Undertake any other duties that are within the scope of this role as assigned by the line manager
Other tasks as assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/ Female, age 24-30 years old
Bachelor's degree
At least 1 year of working experience in a telephone cased customer
Great interpersonal skills - the ability to listen, engender, warmth, trust and build empathy
The ability to enthuse supporters about the work of the company
The ability clearly in a verbal and written form
The ability to work under pressure - achieving target and KPI
Team work

Experiencing in fundraising project before
