Support Engineer (24K-40K) (SDG-27324) <Job Responsibilities> Take role as a team leader of Microsoft Exchange Support Team Perform Infrastructure management for Microsoft Exchange 2013 Broad knowledge of Microsoft products and technologies Solve problem, apply change configuration follow customer request Track/record information into case manage system Perform root cause analysis of critical outage and incidents, engineer performance solutions, coordinate implementation Update/create/maintain manual operation document Create and submit report document to customer
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25 - 35 years old Bachelor's degree Experience 3-5 years Knowledge in Microsoft Windows server, Network Infrastructure, Advance Microsoft Exchange 2013, Microsoft Officer 365 and Active direction Familiar with o365 administrating such as Exchange online, One drive, Skype for business and SharePoint would be advantage Basic Microsoft PowerShell Good command of spoken and written English Proactive thinking with a "can do" attitude Strong problem solving. Service mind, and able to under pressure Good interpersonal skill and be able to coordinate with other teams and clients Strong abilities to analyze and prioritize issues for problem resolution Certificate requirements Cisco and MS certified: CCNA, CCNP, MCP MCSE,MCSA would be an advantage. <Preferable Skill / Experience> None Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Ploenjit, Bangkok Working Hour: 7:00-21:00(Shift Morning shift 7.00-16.00 Afternoon shift 11.00-21.00) About the Benefits Salary: 24,000–40,000THB About the company Products: Network support in general in Thailand and other countries/ System Integration in General Business Type: General / IT Services
