Work Outline: Responsible for supporting clients


Duties & Responsibility:

Receive and Response to customer call/e-mail

Logging and Tracking the details of customer requests and problems as cases.

Control, escalate and follow up customer cases in order to comply with customer's Service Level Agreement

Participate and assist in driving the knowledge management process.

Responsible in own case, follow up status, progress to user, and keep tracking until the incident was closed.

Support user requests that were defined in team scope of work, follwing service level agreement.

Provide report to customer, supervisor and project manager upon requests.

Other tasks as assisgned


Qualifications:

[Must]

Thai Nationality, Male or Female, Age25-30 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or any related field

At least 3 years ecperiences in IT support and implementation or related field.

Network (LAN/WAN0 troubleshooting and design)

Operation system (Window client/server, Linux, Vmware) configuration and troubleshooting

Security solution and appliance configuration and troubleshooting

Internet services configuration and trobuleshooting 

[Prefer]

        Cisco and MS certified: CCNA, CCNP, MCP MCSE,MCSAwould be an advantage. 

 Languages skills 

English: Advanced Conversational level 


Workplace Area: Ploenjit/Bangkok

Working Hour:Shift (Morning shift: 7.30-16.30, Afternoon shift: 11.00-20.00, Night shift: 20.30-8.00*(after05.00 is OT)
