Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Provide technical support to customers, distributors, and overseas colleagues regarding parts and models for commercial trucks. - Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders through effective communication. - Collaborate with team members, seeking support and guidance when facing technical or procedural challenges. - Assist in problem-solving related to product parts, models, and applications through communication and teamwork. - Adapt work approach within a small-team environment that includes senior members and frequent external interactions. - Support internal R&D or engineering teams by relaying field feedback and customer inquiries. - Document technical issues, solutions, and support activities as required.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) - At least 1 year in Sales coordinator or After service support - Conversation High in English (to support client, Email, Online meeting) <In details> - Soft Skills: Comfort in communicating and building relationships with external stakeholders; Willingness to seek support and guidance when facing challenges; Interest in supporting others and solving problems through communication and collaboration; Adaptability to a small-team environment with predominantly senior members and external stakeholder interactions.
