Job Description

Support Engineer (19K-32K) (SDG-21927)
<Job Responsibilities>
	Receive and Response to customer call/e-mail.                                    
	Logging and Tracking the details of customer requests and problems as cases.  
	Control, escalate and follow up customer cases in order to comply with customer's Service Level Agreement.  
	Participate and assist in driving the knowledge management process.                          
	Responsible in own case, follow up status, progress to user, and keep tracking until the incident was closed.                                                                                             
	Support user requests that were defined in team scope of work, following service level agreement.                                                                                   
	Provide report to customer, supervisor and project manager upon requests.                   
	Have good knowledge in Network (LAN/WAN) troubleshooting/Operation System (Window Client/Server,Linux,Vmware) configuration and troubleshooting/Security solution and appliance configuration and troubleshooting/Internet services configuration and troubleshooting.                                
	Other assigned by supervisor and project manage.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
	Thai nationality, Male/Female, 24-35 years
	Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Computer or related fields
	Experience 1-3 years in IT support and implementation or related field  
	Able to drive a car and have driving license
	Good command of spoken and written English                        
	Proactive thinking with a "can do" attitude   
	Strong problem solving. Service mind, and able to under pressure   
	Good interpersonal skill and be able to coordinate with other teams and clients                         
	Strong abilities to analyze and prioritize issues for problem resolution  

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
	Cisco and MS certified: CCNA, CCNP, MCP MCSE,MCSA would be an advantage 

Languages skills 
English: Conversational level      
Japanese: None

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday-Saturday)
