Job Description

Support Engineer (24K-40K) (SDG-27324)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Take role as a team leader of Microsoft Exchange Support Team
 Perform Infrastructure management for Microsoft Exchange 2013
 Broad knowledge of Microsoft products and technologies
 Solve problem, apply change configuration follow customer request
 Track/record information into case manage system
 Perform root cause analysis of critical outage and incidents, engineer performance solutions, coordinate implementation
 Update/create/maintain manual operation document
 Create and submit report document to customer

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25 - 35 years old
 Bachelor's degree
 Experience 3-5 years
 Knowledge in Microsoft Windows server, Network Infrastructure, Advance Microsoft Exchange 2013, Microsoft Officer 365 and Active direction
 Familiar with o365 administrating such as Exchange online, One drive, Skype for business and SharePoint would be advantage
 Basic Microsoft PowerShell
 Good command of spoken and written English
 Proactive thinking with a "can do" attitude
 Strong problem solving. Service mind, and able to under pressure
 Good interpersonal skill and be able to coordinate with other teams and clients
 Strong abilities to analyze and prioritize issues for problem resolution
 Certificate requirements Cisco and MS certified: CCNA, CCNP, MCP MCSE,MCSA would be an advantage.
