Supply Chain Supervisor / Production Planning (40K–55K) (SDG-92801) หัวหน้างานซัพพลายเชน / วางแผนการผลิต <Job Responsibilities> The position of Supply Chain Supervisor reports to MD and is responsible for supervising production control and inventory management of the company, including but not limited to, planning and executing production efficiency strategy, inventory level control, supplier management, inventory and logistic control of distributors and retailers. • Plan and implement overall supply chain improvement strategy. • Determine key quarterly supply chain KPIs. • Collaborate with Company’s Accounting team to plan and execute SCM strategy. • Produce monthly supply chain report including key KPI vs actual, narrative result analysis, and action plan for next month. • Maintain good relationship with suppliers and distributers. • Import and export customs documentation with customs brokers. <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 40 years old - Bachelor's degree - At least 5 years of Supply Chain and or Production Control experience - Strong analytical and execution skills. - Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English - Advance Microsoft Excel skills <Preferable Skills/ Experiences> - Work experience in Japanese manufacturing industry is plus. - General knowledge in Accounting is plus. หัวหน้างานซัพพลายเชน / วางแผนการผลิต (40K–55K) (SDG-92801) <ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน> ตำแหน่ง Supply Chain Supervisor จะรายงานต่อ MD และมีหน้าที่ควบคุมดูแลการควบคุมการผลิตและการจัดการสินค้าคงคลังของบริษัท ซึ่งรวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียงการวางแผนและการดำเนินกลยุทธ์ด้านประสิทธิภาพการผลิต การควบคุมระดับสินค้าคงคลัง การจัดการซัพพลายเออร์ การควบคุมสินค้าคงคลังและโลจิสติกส์ของผู้จัดจำหน่ายและผู้ค้าปลีก • วางแผนและดำเนินกลยุทธ์การปรับปรุงห่วงโซ่อุปทานโดยรวม • กำหนด KPI ของห่วงโซ่อุปทานที่สำคัญประจำไตรมาส • ทำงานร่วมกับทีมบัญชีของบริษัทเพื่อวางแผนและดำเนินกลยุทธ์ SCM • จัดทำรายงานห่วงโซ่อุปทานรายเดือน รวมถึง KPI หลักเทียบกับจริง การวิเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์เชิงบรรยาย และแผนปฏิบัติการสำหรับเดือนถัดไป • รักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับซัพพลายเออร์และผู้จัดจำหน่าย • เอกสารศุลกากรด้านการนำเข้าและส่งออกกับนายหน้าศุลกากร <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 30 - 40 ปี - ปริญญาตรี - มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Supply Chain และหรือ Production Control อย่างน้อย 5 ปี - ทักษะการวิเคราะห์และการดำเนินการที่แข็งแกร่ง - มีทักษะในการสื่อสารด้วยวาจาและการเขียนภาษาอังกฤษอย่างเชี่ยวชาญ - พัฒนาทักษะ Microsoft Excel ขั้นสูง <ทักษะ/ ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - ประสบการณ์การทำงานในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตของญี่ปุ่นจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ - มีความรู้ทั่วไปด้านบัญชีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ ทักษะทางภาษา ระดับภาษาอังกฤษ : สนทนา ระดับภาษาญี่ปุ่น : ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน MRT บางยี่ขัน เวลาทำงาน: 9:00-18:00 น.
