Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Verify required documents for order creation and coordinate with business to ensure accuracy of order-related data in SAP. - Track delivery status and customer payments; handle delivery-related issues. - Communicate delivery confirmation to customers, follow up on proof of delivery and resolve delivery errors/disputes, if any, through negotiation and coordination with internal teams and customers. - Review the firm demand and replenish the inventory to ensure we have sufficient inventory to meet customers’ requirements timely manner; otherwise, replenishment shall be executed in a timely manner. - Receive forecast from sales and prepare purchase order to local and overseas vendors in SAP at correct pricing, discounts, and terms. - Coordinate with local and overseas vendors on availability to supply and liaise with the logistics team for shipping arrangements and clearance. - Generate sales reports and support the business in compiling data/reports. - Handle end-to-end product registration processes with the FDA, including document preparation, submission, and regulatory compliance. - Support Supply Chain operations, including demand review, purchasing, inventory coordination, and logistics follow-up. - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Shipping / Logistics / Supply Chain or any related field - At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain in a trading company - Must have experience using the SAP program - Experienced in product registration with the FDA. - Business level in English to communicate with internal via communication, email, and documents - Advance in MS Office, especially Excel <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in a machine trading company - Knowledge of imports will be an added advantage
