Supply Chain Manager / ผู้จัดการฝ่ายซัพพลายเชน

<Job Responsibilities>
 Manage, integrate and optimize the supply chain processes
 Provide vision and strategic leadership in supply chain management
 Manage, perform, control and monitor the supply chain activities to ensure accuracy, timely delivery to customers, cost reduction and increase in productivity
 Develop the warehouse and stock management processes and methods
 Manage & develop an efficiency procurement system, by implementing best practice in purchasing system
 Establish standards in terms of supply and take part in business relations with suppliers
 Develop integrated processes between operations, supply, logistics and sales to manage activities in an optimal way
 Monitor the performance indicators associated to the customers orders to identify trends and prevent risky situation.
 Evaluate the supply chain on a continuous basis to implement better practices, find materials at better costs and accelerate processes
 Manage the operational excellence and improved practices throughout the network while reducing costs
 Develop, process and follow up on demand forecast to drive materials and resource planning.
 Develop and monitor on-going order management performance and customer service
 Monitor order management performance and follow up on improvement opportunities
 Reduce overall supply chain cost and improve product
 Lead product supply planning
 Standardize planning process to improve operational execution

 Collaborate with sales and other teams
 Understand sales order to ensure proper planning of materials, procurement and inventory are at the optimum level
 Follow the sales trends in relation to the budget forecasts and the stock level to the adjust the planning activities, if required
 Develop and communicate the operational requirements in support of product launch and innovation.
 Other tasks as assigned.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 40-55 years old
 Bachelor's degree in engineering or supply chain related
 More than 10 years of working experience in supply chain management in automotive or mechanical industries.
 More than 10 years of management experience
 Must have negotiation and interpersonal skills
 Supply chain management approach
 Product processes and information flow
 Inventory and materials planning, management and control
 Procurement and purchasing management
 ERP system set up experience
 Sales forecasting and understanding
 Production planning tools
 Customer service and order processing management
 Financial reporting understanding and budget planning
