Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - To create and implement supply chain strategies to align with company goals and market demands. - To maintain optimal inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing costs and preventing damage or loss. - To analyze data to forecast demand and plan for resource requirements to meet that demand. - To select, negotiate, and manage suppliers and vendors to secure high-quality materials and services - To optimize transportation routes, select logistics providers, and manage the movement of goods. - To collaborate with internal departments (e.g., production, sales, finance) and partners (suppliers, customers). - To oversee the flow of materials and products during manufacturing to ensure sufficient supply for production. - To coach and give advice to subordinates to work more efficiently and effectively. - Other tasks as assigned by superior, and mentioned in all regulations, manuals.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Logistics from the Plastic, Mold/Injection company or Chemical Industry - At least 5 years of Experience as a Department Head, Assistant Manager, or Manager with subordinates - Conversational High Level in English (Communicate with the Japanese President, report, documents, and emails) <In Details> - Proficiency in Word, Excel, and SAP - Good communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Supply Chain & Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering or related field.
