Job Description
The position will drive regional supply chain strategy, optimize supply chain performance, manage operational risks, and support the successful execution of global manufacturing projects. <Job Responsibilities> - Develop and execute regional supply chain strategies aligned with global standards and business objectives. - Manage end-to-end supply chain activities, including demand planning, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and contract manufacturing operations. - Coordinate with EMS partners and global factories to ensure material availability, production capacity, and on-time delivery. - Optimize inventory levels, logistics operations, and overall supply chain costs. - Ensure compliance with customs, trade regulations, taxation, environmental requirements, and corporate standards. - Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including supply disruptions, policy changes, and exchange rate fluctuations. - Collaborate with global and regional teams, including Supply Chain, Sourcing, Engineering, Quality, Sales, and R&D, to support manufacturing projects. - Monitor supply chain KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, digital tools, and best practices. - Lead and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to improve supply chain efficiency and operational performance. - Other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, Engineering, or related fields. - At least 8 years of supply chain management experience in manufacturing industries. - Strong experience in end-to-end supply chain management, including demand planning, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and supplier management. - Experience managing contract manufacturing operations or external manufacturing partners. - Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and cost optimization. - Experience with ERP/SAP or supply chain management systems. - Business-level English communication skills. - Strong coordination, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience managing EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Service) / contract manufacturing projects. - Experience in electronics, laser, semiconductor, precision manufacturing, or related industries. - Experience working with global teams or multinational organizations. - Knowledge of international logistics, trade compliance, and supply chain risk management. - Experience in supply chain KPI management, continuous improvement, and team leadership.
