Supply Chain Management Staff (Japanese Speaking) (25K–55K) (SDG-92505) พนักงานบริหารโซ่อุปทาน (ภาษาญี่ปุ่น) <Job Responsibilities> • Control supplier production and shipment schedule to meet with sales demand • Coordinate with customers for ordering process • Shipment cost control • Coordinate with custom process in order to import product • Coordinate with local warehouse to manage product delivery • Invoicing and relate document • Summarize of sales situation • Coordinate with Sales team to ensure product sale and shipment, • Report to management team <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 26 - 30 years old - Bachelor's degree- Bachelor’s degree related fields - 3-5 year in car supply chain management, sales coordinator dealing with oversea supplier - Good command in Microsoft Excel (V-lookup), Power point - Conversational High level up in English (speaking, written, reading) - Good command of Japanese with JLPT N3 or above - Ability to work under pressure and deadlines <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Import-export knowledge Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : Conversational Workplace Area: MRT Rama9 Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri (SAT: None)) About the Benefits 25,000–55,000THB About the company Product & Service: Navigator, Car audio, Sensors, car speaker Business Type: General Trading Company;Semiconductors / Electronics / Electronic Components

พนักงานบริหารโซ่อุปทาน (ภาษาญี่ปุ่น) (25K–55K) (SDG-92505) <ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน> • ควบคุมกำหนดการผลิตและการจัดส่งของซัพพลายเออร์ให้ตรงกับความต้องการขาย • ประสานงานกับลูกค้าในขั้นตอนการสั่งซื้อ • การควบคุมต้นทุนการจัดส่ง • ประสานงานกับกระบวนการกำหนดเองเพื่อนำเข้าสินค้า • ประสานงานกับคลังสินค้าในพื้นที่เพื่อจัดการการจัดส่งสินค้า • ใบแจ้งหนี้และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง • สรุปสถานการณ์การขาย • ประสานงานกับทีมขายเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าการขายและการจัดส่งสินค้า, • รายงานต่อคณะผู้บริหาร <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 26 - 30 ปี - วุฒิปริญญาตรีสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง - 3-5 ปีในการจัดการห่วงโซ่อุปทานรถยนต์, ผู้ประสานงานการขายที่ติดต่อกับซัพพลายเออร์ต่างประเทศ - สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Excel (V-lookup), PowerPoint ได้ดี - สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง (การพูด, เขียน, อ่าน) - สามารถใช้ภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้ดีตั้งแต่ JLPT N3 ขึ้นไป - สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและกำหนดเวลาได้ <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - ความรู้ด้านการนำเข้า-ส่งออก ทักษะทางภาษา ระดับภาษาอังกฤษ : สนทนา ระดับภาษาญี่ปุ่น : การสนทนา สถานที่ทำงาน MRT พระราม 9 เวลาทำงาน: 8:30-17:30 น.
