Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Overseeing the process of placing orders, tracking delivery schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of products - Handling the procurement of materials and supplies needed for product development and the coordination of shipments to customers. - Communicating with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials. - Coordinating with customers to address inquiries or issues related to products. - Engaging in various other tasks related to procurement, shipping, and logistics, as needed.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, and Inventory control - At least 1 year of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain coordination in any industry - Fresh Graduates are welcome - Conversational Middle-Level in English (Documents, Email with Clients and Suppliers) - Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) <Necessary Skill / Experience> - Experience in a Japanese company - Experience in a Machinery/electronics company
