Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Support import processes and coordinate with related parties to ensure compliance and timely product availability. - Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to ensure accurate and on-time delivery. - Assist in monitoring logistics costs and preparing related reports. - Support Sales and Marketing teams in demand forecasting and procurement planning. - Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or excess stock. - Ensure storage and distribution activities comply with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards. - Support office operations and facility management to maintain a safe and organized working environment. - Assist in non-trade procurement processes, including documentation and vendor coordination. - Support IT/ERP system implementation and ensure accurate data entry and system usage. - Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) under supervisor guidance. - Support team members in daily operations and coordinate to resolve routine issues. - Escalate complex operational issues to the supervisor when necessary. - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. - At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Administration related with medical or pharmacuetical products. - Conversation High in English to communicate, document, and send emails - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). <Details> - Strong negotiation and contract management skills. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry with knowledge of GDP(Good Distribution Practice)/GSP(Good Storage Practice) standards.
