Supplier Quality Manager (72K–82K) (SDG-97301) ผู้จัดการคุณภาพซัพพลายเออร์ <Job Responsibilities> - Monitoring supplier quality performance / Cost recovery in the Asia region and report. - Monitoring results of new supplier audit/manufacturing process audit and qualified supplier list in the Asia region and report. - Monitoring the effectiveness of supplier quality management processes in the Asia region and reporting. - Training session for suppliers’ quality improvement in the Asia region. (Include creating training materials). - Promote the Horizontal Deployment activities to improve supplier quality (prevent recurrence). - Promote / implement new supplier quality initiatives. - Distribute and control the latest supplier quality manual/requirement to suppliers in the Asia region. - Communicate with all members and deploy policy, requirement. - To support each site for supplier quality development and coordinate/support each site in region in case they need support. - Deploy headquarter policies and/or requirements to all sites in region and collect all information and report to headquarters. - Create quality training materials for improving headquarters member skill and knowledge. - Support site for worst supplier / new supplier audit.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 45 years old - Bachelor's degree in Engineer Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Industrial or any related. - At least 10 years of experience in Quality Supplier (Automobile industry) - Management experience at least 5 years. - Knowledge of Quality Management systems, and quality control/assurance for production processes. - Experience managing testing departments or testing functions, managing large and complex activities and processes. - Exposure to Core Tools (PFMEA, PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, Problem Solving, Root cause analysis) / 7 QC Tools. - Good for English skills (Writing, Reading, Communication) <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Thorough knowledge of Quality Equipment / Calibration Monitoring / Defect handling & Analysis (Field/ Customer/ Internal/ Supplier) / knowledge of Calibration process and able to guide the team members. - Have strong technical skills, both functional and non-functional, manual and automation, ideally in a continuous delivery environment. - Advocate of Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement and industry-recognized Best Practices. - Be a strong leader with experience in implementing and shaping the company’s Quality processes and strategies. - Excellent communication, influencing skills and negotiation skills to get management buy-in on ideas and new concepts. - Able to motivate a team, recognize good talent and bring out the best out of each individual. - Have experience for business in oversea and work with foreigner.
