Work outline: Overall of supplier quality
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Collaborate with Development, Purchasing, Manufacturing and Suppliers to assure supplied materials, components and services meet quality standards
Ø Audit, monitor and drive improvement in all areas of supplier capability and performance as well as support the overall quality function as necessary
Ø In charge of performing regular supplier audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Ø Participating in strategic development based on quality control plans
Ø Other tasks assigned by manager
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, male/female, age 25-30 years old
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Process Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical engineer, Automotive Engineering .
Ø At least 2 years of experience in SQE, in the automotive parts business
Ø ISO/TS16949 1st, 2nd Party Lead Auditor (preferred)
Ø Good knowledge of quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plants, SPC and MSA) and continuous improvement tools.
Ø Problem solving and analytical skills
Ø Enthusiastic person and service mind
Ø Domestic and international travel required
Preferable:
Ø Experience in Molding, Plating, Ecoating, Soldering in Electronics company 4- 5 years (preferred)
Ø Six Sigma Certificate
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Bang Pa-In Ayutthaya
Working Hour: 8:00 - 17:30 (Mon – Fri) *May work 1-2times per year on Sats according to corporate calendar
