Supervisor Warehouse (30K–50K) (SDG-104695) หัวหน้าฝ่ายคลังสินค้า <Job responsibilities> - Supporting warehouse manager - Supervise the system and develop facilities - Ensuring high standards of health, safety, hygiene, and security. - Managing stock control and reconciling with data storage system. - Coordinating with the project team, 3PL, and subcontractors. - Reviewing WH procedures routinely. - Find the bottleneck and find a solution. - Report to manager of the problem with preventive action <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - สนับสนุนผู้จัดการคลังสินค้า - ดูแลระบบและพัฒนาสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก - จัดให้มีมาตรฐานระดับสูงด้านสุขภาพ ความปลอดภัย สุขอนามัย และการรักษาความปลอดภัย - บริหารจัดการควบคุมสต๊อกและกระทบยอดกับระบบจัดเก็บข้อมูล - ประสานงานกับทีมงานโครงการ 3PL และผู้รับเหมาช่วง - ทบทวนขั้นตอน WH เป็นประจำ - ค้นหาจุดคอขวดและหาทางแก้ไข - รายงานต่อผู้จัดการถึงปัญหาพร้อมการดำเนินการป้องกัน
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 40 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business administration or related fields - 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor - Leadership stalls and ability to Manage staff and suppliers. - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills in both English and Thai.
