Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Support quality control activities, including quality control records, Customer Specific Requirements(CSR) matrix updates, and IATF-sanctioned interpretations. - Build and maintain good relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams - Plan and coordinate with related departments to conduct manufacturing process audits. - Conduct audits to support quality improvement, especially for new models. - Monitor the status of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and update related documentation. - Control and improve system documentation to enhance usability and reduce time loss. - Plan and conduct internal audits in line with ISO and quality management systems (QMS) standards. - Ensure compliance with ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO13485, and CSR requirements. - Monitor document control status and follow up on action items. - Coordinate data collection and reporting for QMR activities.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Quality Engineering) or any field. - At least 4 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer, Quality Auditor, or related in the manufacturing industry - At least 1 year of experience in leader level - Strong understanding of QMS standards: ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949 - Conversational High of English (Supplier, Customer, Internal, Mainly with documentation, email, and verbal) - Proficient in MS applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Experience working in Automotive or Electronics - Experience working in a Japanese company
