<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources with direct experience in HR field (HRM or HRD) - Conversational High Level or Business level in Japanese (JLPT N1), use for communicating with internal and email - Conversation Middle level of English, use for document and email - Able to plan to implement new HR measurements for retaining employee-employer relationship. - Being data-driven. - Able to use MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) <Personality> - Good communication and presentation skills. <Preferable Skill / Experience > - CSR knowledge - Working Experience in Japanese companies - Can join immediately
