Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Develop and implement HR development plans aimed at enhancing organizational performance and employee engagement. - Plan and execute internal events such as seasonal activities (e.g., Songkran festivals, summer events) to promote a positive workplace culture and engagement. - Manage internal communications to ensure effective information flow across departments. - Organize and lead CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives to strengthen corporate image and community involvement. - Analyze HR-related data using tools such as Excel and Google Sheets to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources with direct experience in planning task. - Conversational High Level or Business level in Japanese (JLPT N1 or N2), use for communicating with internal and email - Conversation Middle level of English, use for document and email - Able to use MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) - Good communication and presentation skills. <Personality> - Logical thinking and good communication and presentation skills. - Strong leadership skill service-minded and can-do attitude. <Preferable Skill / Experience > - CSR knowledge - Working Experience in Japanese companies - Can join immediately
