Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Coordinate with clients on printing data inquiries and new digital output needs - Manage vendors for data editing, format conversion, and digital-ready content - Monitor daily orders from client systems and ensure smooth operation and delivery - Liaise with printing factory for: - Printing control - Quality control - Delivery control - Documentation control - Conduct on-site quality checks at printing factories as needed - Perform inventory control for materials and printed stock - Support management in exploring paperless or automation systems - Operate and monitor project progress, ensuring quality, schedule, and cost control - Provide regular updates to the Assistant Manager and stakeholders on project status and risk points - Support planning, scheduling, and tracking for multiple printing or hybrid (print + digital) projects - Maintain project documentation, logs, and status reports accurately - Assist in preparing project reports and transformation-related presentations - Track milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion - Participate in discussions and testing of new workflow systems or digital service prototypes - Communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on deliverables - Log and escalate issues as needed; propose improvement ideas based on on-site observations - Support data and document migration efforts as the company transitions to digital delivery models - Other assigned tasks by the manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration, communication or any related field - At least 2 years of experience in project coordination in printing or content production. - Conversational Middle level (communication with internal, e-mail and documents) - Understanding of printing workflows (data handling, prepress, QC, delivery) - Interest or exposure to digital media, data management, or workflow automation - Microsoft Office proficiency - Driving license (Company car provided for visiting supplier) <In Details> - Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks. - Able to work under pressure and in demanding situations. - Strong analytical skills, communication, and common sense. - Growth mindset and willingness to learn new technologies (e.g., AI, cloud systems, e-delivery platforms) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Conversational High Level of English
