Work Outline: To handle expatriates’ administration of Thailand Affiliate Company and support other related activities required by Mother Company.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate and work closely with Mother Company to act as window contact to work on the human resources aspects of employee relocation, placements and dispatch in oversea.
Responsible for processing in expatriate compensation packages.
Manage complex data of expatriate’s database.
Perform general administrative duties.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, male/female, age 25-30 years old
Bachelor or higher Degree in Human Resources, Arts or related field
3 – 5 years working in GA&HR or secretarial functions
Familiar working with Japanese and well understanding of Japanese culture
Microsoft Office Excel, word, power point, lotus notes
Good personality and interpersonal skills, Service Mind, strong communication skill and able to work under pressure and good team player.
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversation level
Japanese: Business Level (N2 and above)
Workplace Area: MRT Thailand Cultural Center
Working Hour: Monday – Friday (8:00AM – 17:00PM)/ 5 Saturday working in a year
