<Job Responsibilities> - Lead and oversee structural design activities for construction projects - Review and approve structural drawings, calculations, and technical specifications - Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety requirements, and regulations - Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders - Drive design improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and project outcomes - Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineering teams
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in civil engineering - Minimum 10 years of experience in structural design, preferably in construction projects - Professional Engineer (PE) License required - English conversational high level (Communicate with Japanese Manager, e-mail and document) - Strong knowledge of Thai building laws, regulations, and permit application processes - Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, SAP2000, and STAADPRO <In details> - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Japanese Construction
