Job Description

*Strategic Product Development Manager – FMCG (80K – 120K) 
•	Create new products from concepts in ice cream and bakery
•	Lead new product commercialization process for the Thai market, including product positioning and promotional strategies.
•	Identify new category, consumer, and competitive trends and make recommendations for action plans and programs based on key learnings, both immediate and longer term.
•	Analyze data to evaluate product performance and optimize KPIs
•	Contribute to strategy implementation across our international markets
•	Work closely with the New Product Development team to coordinate product vision, product development, market testing, pricing, and manufacturing
•	Establish priorities and strategic direction for all marketing activities, including advertising, promotions, packaging, sales, and shopper marketing.
•	Work with Sales to create and execute sales plans for key customers to significantly grow market share and product distribution while improving customer profitability.
•	Launch new categories on top of ice cream, bakery, and milk. 
•	Other duties as assigned.

Working Hour:  9:00-18:00 (Mon-Fri, *Working at Prachinburi would be necessary, probably at least four days/week)




Job Requirement

•	Age 25-35 years
•	Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or Engineering (or equivalent) from a top-tier university and a proven record of excellent academic performance.
•	Experience in new product commercialization in the food and beverage or FMCG industry would be a bonus.
•	Capable of successfully attracting new customers and channels to drive growth by utilizing insights and unique product features (flavors, packaging, etc.)
•	Have at least 3 years of experience in strategic product development/product marketing roles or data analytics
•	Have strong analytical skills, including translating data-heavy projects into a digestible format keeping in mind the audience
•	Have a detail-oriented mindset and the ability to spot minute details that others miss
•	Have strong project management skills, and the ability to manage priorities simultaneously and meet time-sensitive deadlines
•	Have the ability to present recommendations to the Senior Management Team
•	Comfortable in the fast-paced, demanding, and analytical environment
•	A great communicator and team player who thrives in an international team
•	Communication skills to Interact with various management levels (Thai) and the Fund (different nationalities with English as working language) – native in the Thai language and fluent in English (both written and oral) are essential
•	Passion for growth mindset with the PE-backed high growth company
•	Good PowerPoint and Excel skills
•	No need direct experience. Smartness and leadership are more important is preferable
•	Consulting background is preferred is preferable
•	Commuting to or staying in Prachinburi required (related expenses borne by the Company) 
•	After that, this role provides flexibility to work in a hybrid environment of home and our Prachinburi Office (but ideally at least 4 days per week in Prachinburi)
•	Approximately [10-20] % travel required, generally within Thailand
