Strategic Planning Staff (Service & Maintenance Cost) (20K–30K) (SDG-94039) เจ้าหน้าที่วางแผนกลยุทธ์ (ค่าบริการ & ค่าบำรุงรักษา) <Job Responsibilities> - Calculate and analyze maintenance cost, service cost, spare cost and dispatching cost - Coordinate with Sales and Service teams for update information and cost items of new & existing car model - Prepare master update of RV and maintenance cost of new & existing car model in Seed system - Calculate RV (Residual Value) for used car, renew, buyback, Early Termination - Create the idea for corporate strategy plan in order to enhance corporate performance and competitiveness - Coordinate with related parties and work with Management as assigned - Make the report as assigned <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 23 - 29 years old - Bachelor's degree - At least 1 year as Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Researcher etc. - MS Excel (V-Look up, Pivot table) - Good English (presentation, report, document tasks) - Proactive, Good communication and interpersonal skills - Strong ability to analyze maintenance cost and other cost items - Good Logical, Analytical and Creative Thinking <Preferable Skills / Experiences> - Bachelor in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science - Previous experience in Automotive field, Auto leasing, Rental Car business (must resigned first) - Experience in process & IT system improvement - Macros, MS Access, Power BI Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: BTS Ploen Chit Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday (Sat: None)) About the Benefits 20,000–30,000THB About the company Product & Service: Corporate car rental service Business Type: Leasing / Consumer Credit

เจ้าหน้าที่วางแผนกลยุทธ์ (ค่าบริการ & ค่าบำรุงรักษา) (20K–30K) (SDG-94039) <ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน> - คำนวณและวิเคราะห์ค่าบำรุงรักษา ค่าบริการ ค่าอะไหล่ และค่าขนส่ง - ประสานงานกับทีมขายและบริการเพื่ออัปเดตข้อมูลและรายการต้นทุนของรถรุ่นใหม่และรุ่นเดิม - เตรียมการปรับปรุงหลักของ RV และค่าบำรุงรักษาของรถรุ่นใหม่และรถที่มีอยู่ในระบบ Seed - คำนวณ RV (มูลค่าคงเหลือ) สำหรับรถมือสอง, ต่ออายุ, ซื้อคืน, ยกเลิกก่อนกำหนด - สร้างแนวคิดในการจัดทำแผนกลยุทธ์องค์กรเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและความสามารถในการแข่งขันขององค์กร - ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องและทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายบริหารตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย - ทำรายงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 23 - 29 ปี - ปริญญาตรี - อย่างน้อย 1 ปีในตำแหน่ง Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Researcher เป็นต้น - MS Excel (V-Look up, Pivot table) - ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษดี (งานนำเสนอ รายงาน งานเอกสาร) - มีทักษะเชิงรุก สื่อสาร และมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี - ความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนการบำรุงรักษาและรายการต้นทุนอื่น ๆ ที่แข็งแกร่ง - มีความคิดเชิงตรรกะ วิเคราะห์ และสร้างสรรค์ที่ดี <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - ปริญญาตรีสาขาคณิตศาสตร์ สถิติ บริหารธุรกิจ เศรษฐศาสตร์ วิทยาศาสตร์ข้อมูล - มีประสบการณ์ด้านยานยนต์, ลีสซิ่งรถยนต์, ธุรกิจรถเช่า (ต้องลาออกก่อน) - มีประสบการณ์ด้านการปรับปรุงกระบวนการและระบบไอที - Macros, MS Access, Power BI ทักษะทางภาษา ระดับภาษาอังกฤษ : สนทนา ระดับภาษาญี่ปุ่น : ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน BTS เพลินจิต เวลาทำงาน: 8:30-17:30 น.
