Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage team to monitor, analyze, report, and coordinate with Sales for strategy development & execution and performance result - Manage team to support Sales for Data and Analysis Report, Marketing Activity, etc. - Create and implement the idea to improve Sales Activity & Performance, Standard Operational Procedure, New Product & Service (including system improvement) - Make the report & presentation material and conduct the training as assigned - Support for making process of Annual Business Plan and Sales Target Plan - Coordinate with related parties and work with Management as assigned - Other tasks as assigned .
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathemattics, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science or or related fields - At least 8 years as Sales, Marketing or strategic planing fields in Automotive or leasing fields - At least 2 years in Assistant Manager / Manager level (with subordinates) - Conversational High or Business level in English in writing and speaking (TOEIC 700 ) - Advance in Excel (Pivot table, Vlookup, Basic formula), Word, Powerpoint - Strong ability to analyze the data such as sales performance, market situation, competition status, including future forecast <Personality> - Positive attitude, proactive working, multitasking skills, and fast learner - Good team management skills - Good communication and interpersonal skills, presentation skills - Good logical, analytical, and creative thinking for new product development and implementation <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in auto leasing, rental car business is advantage
