<Job Responsibilities>
[Strategic Planning & Market Development]
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and opportunities for product/service diversification
- Conduct in-depth market trends research and competitor activities to adapt strategies
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue growth and market expansion objectives
[Project Execution]
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and other teams to launch market entry initiatives
-Oversee strategic projects from concept to execution
[Performance Monitoring & Reporting]
- Prepare and present business development reports, including pipeline updates, revenue forecasts, and market insights
- Analyse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in business development initiatives
- Share findings with senior management to guide decision-making
[Lead Management & Strategy]
- Manage inbound leads per day by assigning, qualifying, and monitoring lead performance
- Develop criteria to evaluate lead quality (industry, business potential, decision-making authority, etc.)
- Design and implement lead management strategies to maximize conversion rate and ensure effective utilization of inbound opportunities
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Background in Science–Mathematics
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, Lead Management roles within industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, or laboratory supplies for Senior Level
- Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and successfully execute growth strategies.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics in Thailand’s chemical or laboratory supply sectors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (required)
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Knowledge of Macros and SQL for data automation and advanced reporting
