Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Communicate the policies and values of Japanese expatriate management clearly to store staff - Monitor daily operations across assigned stores (approximately 5 locations) - Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) for key improvement areas and ensure proper implementation - Collect, organize, and report on-site operational issues and facts to Japanese management - Provide ongoing support and follow-up for store staff and store managers - Act as a liaison between SAHA, JV partners, and store operations - Support store operations directly when necessary - Coordinate internal communication with accounting and HR teams - Other tasks assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 3 years of experience in restaurant operations, store supervision, or a related field - Experience in coordination and negotiation between on-site teams and management - Conversational high-level of Japanese (for internal and external communication) - Conversational Middle of English to communicate - Experience working for Japanese companies or Japanese restaurant businesses - Understanding of Japanese business culture and management style <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience managing multiple store locations - Ability to work flexibly and visit stores as needed
