Being a core member who contributes in developing and expanding a new business of shop operations together with MD
Opportunity to develop your people management skills
Work outline: Manage and be in charge of all matters related to store operations including supervising sales staff, managing (working mainly at the office, but visit the shops regularly)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Managing budgets
Managing levels and distribution of stock
Handling supply/production problems as they arise
Setting stock promotions/price reductions as appropriate
Assessing sales performance of ranges
Dealing with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing or organizing training and development.
Working closely with buyers and other merchandisers to plan product ranges
Promoting bestselling items in order to maximize profits
Development of new products
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male/Female , age 27-39 years
Bachelor Degree in any related field
Advanced Conversational English or Japanese skills (needed to communicate with Japanese MD)
Strong interpersonal skills and sense of responsibility
At least 3 years of working experiences (any occupations and any fields)
Strong interest in running store business
Ready to respond to emergencies if happens on weekend
Preferable Skill / Experience
Experiences in Store Management Field
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational
Japanese: None

Working Hour: 8:30 - 17:00 (Mon - Fri)

Salary: 30,000 – 60,000THB negotiable
