Job Description
<Job Responsibilities > - Oversee new store openings, including layout planning, equipment selection, and support for hiring staff - Build and standardize store operations such as workflow design, customer service protocols, and sales floor management - Provide comprehensive training and coaching for store staff before and after the grand opening - Support stable post-opening operations and continuously improve sales and operational efficiency -Transfer operational responsibilities to the appointed store manager once the store stabilizes - Manage and lead multiple new store development projects - Manage and respond to customer complaints - Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to manage store - Other assigned by Japanese manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelors degree in any field ・Conversational low-middle level of English ・At least 3 years of experience as a store manager or supervisor in the supermarket or retail industry ・Hands-on experience in multi-store operations or involvement in new store openings ・Having driver's licence <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience in developing and standardizing manuals and operational workflows ・Experience in staff training and building effective training systems ・Strong field-oriented mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach to work
