Work outline: Responsible for managing shop and training shop staff
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Manage everything in the shop to hit sales target and gain revenue
Ø Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
Ø Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
Ø Train staff to control and improve work quality
Ø Formulate pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales;
Ø Respond to customer complaints and comments
Ø Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry
Ø Coordinate with Japanese MD when some problems happened
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 24-45 years old
Ø Bachelor’s degree
Ø Good command in Japanese (Advanced Conversational level)
Ø Willing to be interested in service industry
Ø Able to live in Japan for a half year (Feb- July 2018)
Preferable:
Ø Have a working experience in Hotel or restaurant industries
Languages skills
English: Preferable
Japanese: Advanced Conversational level (N2 up)
Workplace Area: BTS Krung Thon Buri
Working Hour: TBC (Depends on sift schedule) Sat & Sun: working day
