Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage the store operations, Inventory, Shift scheduling of work for sales staff, and customer management. - Manage and analyze budget and actual results and propose action plans for further development. - Report on actual results, buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc. - Manage supporting staff, motivate, educate, and train members to accomplish goals, follow company policies and procedures. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. - Deal with all issues that arise from customers or staff. (complaints, grievances, etc.) - Support other tasks if any are requested.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in any related field. - At least 5 years of experience as a Store/Sales Associate in the Fashion retail business - Available to work on weekends - Conversational high-level in English for listening and speaking with the Japanese Manager and customer <Details> - Pleasant personality with excellent service attitude. - Can work well under pressure. - Good team player and time management skills. < Preferable > - Have experience in Luxury brand-related field would be an advantage - Can start working immediately.
