Work outline: Survey, estimate project cost and coordinate with concern departments to open new store
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Addresses concerns and maintains consistent follow-up on any outstanding issues with team or leader
Ø Manages, monitors, and communicates project schedules, budget guidelines, progress, and costs to ensure projects are completed on time and to established expectations
Ø Plan, organize and direct activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems
Ø Schedule the project in Logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines Manage,
Ø Delegate task to contractor, other supplier and project partner
Ø Study job specification to determine appropriation construction methods
Ø Initiate new creatively and logically system, method, production and innovation
Ø Other task as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/female, age between 25-35 years old
Ø Bachelor degree in any related field
Ø Experience in store development, marketing, budgeting
Ø Familiarity with tourism industry
Ø Interior and construction's experience are preferable
Ø Able to understand market trends and customer mindsets
Ø Good analytical skill with creativity and innovation abilities
Ø Can understand from the angle of marketing view, Designing and conceptualizing interior/exterior of shop/retail/exhibition construction project
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation level
Japanese: Advanced Conversational Level (Preferable)
Workplace Area: BTS Asoke
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri) + half day on two Saturday/month

Salary: 35,000-50,000 THB excluding allowance
