Work outline: In charge of day to day store operation and deal with smooth work process
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of store.
Ø Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
Ø Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control.
Ø Dealing with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing or organizing training and development.
Ø Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
Ø Train foreigner staff who come to train in Thailand
Ø Responding to customer complaints and comments.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/Female, age between 30-40 years old
Ø Bachelor's Degree or Master’s degree in MBA or any related fields
Ø At least 5 years working experience as store manager in retail business is a plus or any related fields
Ø Good command of English (Speaking, Listening and Writing)
Ø Computer skill (Microsoft office)
Ø Able to resolve problems after operational hours
Preferable:
Ø Come from retail shop about Fashion wears or Shoes
Ø Have experience in studying or living aboard
Language skills:
English: Business Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Siam or Chitlom
Working Hour: Shift work 6 day / week ( 1 day off)
About the Benefit
Salary: 40,000 – 60,000 THB negotiable
