Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Develop and retain customers by offering customized and strategic logistics solutions based on customer needs. - Search for new contracts, potential clients, and expand the customer base. - Organize, update, and maintain customer records. - Monitor and control daily sales-related activities to ensure assigned tasks are completed successfully. - Meet and exceed sales KPIs as directed by the management team. - Monitor and follow up on new inquiries from new customers. - Coordinate with branches, warehouse teams, transport teams, and other related internal departments. - Prepare quotations based on customer requirements. - Handle customer complaints, solve problems, and provide suitable solutions to maintain customer satisfaction. - Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly reports related to sales activities, revenue, profit, and other related matters. - Manage key accounts or high-value clients and act as the main contact point for service-related issues. - Support customer retention, revenue growth, gross profit growth, tonnage volume, quote-to-booking conversion, and new business acquisition.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 2 years of Sales experience in Freight Forwarding (Air), Logistics(Air), Air Cargo, Air Freight, or a related business. - Conversation high in English to communicate with foreign customers - Able to use own car, as this role requires customer visits and new customer acquisition. <Details> - Hard Skills: Good computer skills, especially MS Office. Good knowledge of logistics services such as transportation, freight forwarding, import-export, and warehouse operations. - Soft Skills: Good communication and presentation skills. Good problem-solving, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills. Ability to handle customer complaints and provide solutions. Candidates must have their own car for customer visits. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Candidates with experience in handling key accounts, developing new customers, preparing quotations, and coordinating with operations teams will be preferred.
