Job Description

Spare Parts Planning (25K-30K) (SDG-22963)
<Job Responsibilities>
	Responsible for material commitment to support customer demand.
	Analyze, plan and purchase materiel according to demand.
	Promptly resolve on any problems related to material.
	Contact suppliers for placing PO and controlling part delivery on due date.
	Develop and use data of analytics, statistics and business model to improve company performance
	Support all requirement of spare parts from the both internal and external customers.
	Gather data from different sources and able to analyze/summarize for generating a report.
	Work closely with service division to understand their information needs, suggest and leading tools which improve service operation.
	Develop template and database of spare parts.
	Analyze, find root cause and develop the internal process to help team/company achieve target.
	Recommend changes to existing applications and/or business processes where improvements are identified.
	Generate monthly reports to measure and track KPI for the Team.
	Keep data tracking and warning to all concerned team.
	Perform ad-hoc investigation and analysis for business.

Workplace Area Onnut, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon - Fri)

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
	Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25-30 years old
	Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics/Supply chain, Business Administrative or related fields.
	At least 2 years ‘experience in material planning, business planning or background in product stock management
	Knowledge in material control, purchasing, part distribution and inventory control.
	Experience in application process development is a plus.
	Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft office
	Good command in English
	Ability to use ERP, SAP is an advantage.
