<Number of employees : Total : 200 Local : 190 Japanese : 10> <Report Line : Junior Sourcing Manager, Female, age around 36 years old> <Team Member: 10 persons> <Number of Subordinates: None> <Products: Oil Filter , Heat Exchanger (Oil Cooler) , Fuel Filter , EGR Cooler, Catalytic Converter (Catalytic Muffler) , Catalyst> <Clients: Automotive industry> <Saturday Working: 2-3 days per year > <Job Responsibilities> • Sourcing, identify and develop potential local / oversea suppliers' resources for now part new model and localization part. • Responsible for supplier selection, supplier evaluation and audit of each phase. • Manage Supplier launch Readiness & program. • Manage Tooling preparation schedule/Report. Project preparation schedule/Report and supplier APQP. • Lead supplier program kick-off meeting as required • Involve in quality improvement, PPAP and support ISO/TS 16949 requirements. • Analyse cost of purchasing part & raw material of all phase (VA/VE activities). • Responsible for implementing the requirement of the parts localization. • Responsible for the contract drafting, release and following management. • Monitors cost, material and other purchase activities during, mass production phase until project life off. - RFQ/Supplier selection/LOI - New Supplier Audit/Co-Check - Component Cost analysis - Supplier improvement - Supplier problem solving (including SQS) - CR Activity/Localization
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field ・Have working experience at least 1 year as Sourcing Engineer in automotive manufacturing industry. ・Able to use MS office. ・Able to read drawing. ・Conversational low level of English. <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Fresh grad also welcome (Intern experience related department) ・Toeic score
